      yeah it might be flammable but the yellow pipe does not get hot by the time it gets up to the steel wool cuz there is also water in that pvc tube... gonna try a tiny car muffler soon if i find one from a junk yard for cheap..

      See if you can find a baffler (uses baffles to reduce noise, aka silencer) for a small moped or dirtbike.

      Try putting hard rubber blocks between your engine fins to stop high frequency ringing.

      i used quarter inch pipes from a vaccum line for a car and cut it in pieces and that helped..instead of a hard rubber brick..how do i adjust the motor to idle not so high and it dies while sitting still...yeah when it is idling high it dies
