Scare the whimps??? You ever thought that some of the commercial frames from department stores cannot handle speeds and vibrations at 40 mph?And most people have enough common sense to know so and keep It within 30 mph or less for safety?What's wrong with knowing your bicycle's limits?And If you think 40 Is fast.I seen faster.But It was built on a custom frame and can hit 65 mph.Check out britonbees.com and look up their biocyclette and their 17 Inch custom moped.They hit 65 mph.
