Is both the intake ports facing each other? Soo you can have a center draw intake & carb?It actually went for less than I expected
Looks like it. If so it's begging for forced air cooling with the rear cylinder getting much less air. A "ram air" system wouldn't be crazy hard to build just to direct cool air to the exhaust. I believe Jayraye built such system to help with head temps. Is both the intake ports facing each other? Soo you can have a center draw intake & carb?
It’s getting converted to being used with a normal sprocket. I’ve gotten used to running and forcing the engine to start. I was thinking about fabbing a one carb intake but I’m leaning towards two carbs.I believe frank posted a link to an ebay auction for this. Its set up to be used with a freewheeling crankset without a jack shaft and its from California. I couldn't find anymore info but one of the pictures shows the engines are tied together via the bevel gear. I know its not a bevel gear but that's what guys call the spur gears on china dolls.
The listing I had seen: https://www.ebay.com/itm/1347712740...jmq7wgurws&var=&widget_ver=artemis&media=COPY

I believe this to be Pablo of SBP's ebay. He used to have some white industries bearings but not anymore. Still has the ISIS free wheeling crank though. https://www.ebay.com/usr/brook45izy
I do have a SBP square taper freewheeling crankset I'd part with to see this running though. It has the 36 tooth chainring for 408 chain and the 44 tooth for 410 chain, though at the time of writing Pablo does have sone NOS chainrings.
Sadly it’s based on the tiny 48cc engines. So the quickest would be the 45mm jugs.It needs dual minarelli jugs.
