? about HT kit.

Anyone know if a dax ht kit is up to par as far as quality. Site claims it includes all updated hardware etc. Will dax's kits need any other upgrades by the customer to make it reliable? Friend is asking me to maybe put one together for him. Need second opinion besides just the site. They are a lil pricier than other vendors but if it needs no replacement parts is it worth it?

The standard ignition system isn't reliable, nor is the NT or CNS carb, nor are the crank seals.
On top of ignition system failures it causes excess vibration at top rpm which causes nuts and bolts to loosen making the whole thing unreliable.

In my opinion where ever you buy your engine from you WILL have to upgrade it, and make some small mods to make it remotely reliable. But that's the fun part!
