I had a 212cc swapped mini bike running the cheapest #35 chain I kept breaking the chain so I kept throwing master links and half links on it. When I finally bought a new chain I had 5 master links and 2 half links on my old chain lol

I ended up cutting 3 chains too short before I got it lol

So I’ve been riding the yd and doing heat cycles and more and more I ride it the more I like it due to the fact even while still in break in it runs soooo smooth and the sheer low end this engine has is crazy even while being completely stock

I've seen guys heat up and bend the pipes to get around the frame if it's a bit tight

It messes up the chrome finish but works just fine if you are careful.

The chance of the tensioner rotating into the spokes scared the h--- out of me so I welded it to the frame. If you don't have a welder a small hole and a self tapping screw would work also. It doesn't take much to lock it down.
