Custom commuter bike for sale

I have a new (~100 miles) custom built bike that I built up for commuting to work.

This bike was built around the 66 cc EPA 2 stroke motor kit that is all over Ebay. The kit has been upgraded and customized for this bike build

Asking price is $500, not including shipping.

The basics:

* Nashbar chromoly steel 23" frame
* Dimension disc specific chromoly rigid fork
* Ritchey Logic threadless headset
* Easton EA30 100mm stem
* Easton EA70 aluminum riser bars
* Silver aluminum Laprade seatpost
* Giant gel beach cruiser saddle
* Hayes MX-4 mechanical front disc brake & Shimano Deore rear V-brake
* Truvativ Comp G ISIS splined cranks w/ aluminum bash/pants guard and 32 tooth chainring
* Sealed bearing ISIS bottom bracket
* Mosh sealed bearing platform pedals
* SRAM X9 rear derailleur as a chain tensioner on the crank side.

Custom built wheels:

* Shimano Deore centerlock front disc hub w/ 8" rotor
* Dimension cartridge bearing single speed rear disc hub w/ an ACS Claws chrome 16 tooth freewheel
* Alex DM24 heavy duty wide double wall aluminum rims
* Stainless steel spokes and brass nipples
* Kenda K-Rad heavy duty street tires w/ heavy duty tubes

Custom additions to the motor kit:

* I bolted a Rocket Rings BMX chainwheel adapter to the rear hub using the hub disc mounting holes. I then mounted a standard 110mm bolt circle 40 tooth chainring to the chainwheel adapter using custom spacers to use as the drive sprocket. The chainring can be swapped for any size 110 chainring to customize the top end speed and climbing speed. With the 40 tooth chainring I get 26 mph top speed on the flats and 19 mph climbing speed.
* I used the supplied 415 heavy duty chain as the motor drive chain
* Upgraded the clutch lever to a heavy duty push button type
* Upgraded the right hand brake lever to a Dimension Double Barrel lever that pulls both the front and rear brake with one lever
* Custom built a spring loaded sealed bearing motor drive chain tensioner
* Upgraded the spark plug to an NGK motorcycle plug
* Installed an external fuel filter w/ removable (cleanable) filter element and automotive grade fuel hose w/ hose clamps
* Installed a center mount motorcycle style kickstand that holds the bike vertically upright.
* Installed heatshrink tubing over all the electrical connections to improve waterproofing
* Installed a Topeak MTX rear rack and MTX DX trunk bag w/ expandable fold-down panniers for storage
* Installed a Sports Instruments SI-90 wireless computer as a speedometer
