Those pins and locking down do not hold up to vibes for a long time. they give out and leak.
So I came up with a way to mount them so they will not vibrate loose.
around 4 studs insert foam pads...or rubber but foam is better. <exercise mats>. drill a hole in the middle, slide over the studs. Slide a washer before locking down.
The tank will last foreever. I will upload a pic later easier to see it.
That will save u guys some time trying to fix a leak that could of been avoided. Tried tested true.
 
That's a good idea.

You might also put a strip of old tire inner tube on the bike top tube. That'll make the tank a bit less likely to tip.
