Pull the cable back off of the clutch arm. Careful not to unravel the cable or dammage it doing so. Remove spark plug wire! Check the action of the clutch arm by pushing with your hand. See if it feels like the arm wants to stick, either while the clutch is locked (hard to put in neutral) or returning to lock the motor. If it wants to stick there's a problem under the clutch cover (Lube your throwout bearing ball bearing and spring) and check everything for burs.
With the clutch out (in the locked position)back tire should skid if bike is pushed. With clutch lever pushed in the back tire should rotate easily. If not it's a clutch plate adjustment.
    Hope I helped!

  3. Clutch Arm Whizzer Style

Hi bft331, do not be alarmed if you do not understand the post above mine. He is describing a 2-stroke chinese engine NOT a Whizzer.

After reading your post, it seems you have a Chinese engine. Just to clarify things a little I will post my Whizzer. If your bike looks like this, then ask away, if it does not, then you'll be better served in the 2-stroke section.

Hi Brandon, Is the clutch cable the problem or the clutch arm & pulley? I didn't completely understand what happened to your Whizzer.
"i look at my clutch and it was locked at first so i was like ok so i pulled alil harder and loosed it up but then the cable be came to long and it was pulling in the clutch half and i had no control of the clutch"

If you can explain the term "locked" I can help.

    have fun,

ok so I was riding I tried to pull my clutch in and it wont move at all while about to approch a stop sign. So i go threw it but then i finaly lossen up the cluth but the pulley i guess gets locked and makes the clutch cable loose or really tight.

Hi Brandon, Loosen the bolt that holds the arm to the motor. It would be a good idea to apply Loc-tite on the threads so that the nut stays in place. If the cable is too loose, lossen the screws holding the cable bracket to the seat down tube, and move down until the cable slack has been removed. Tighten the screws and that should solve your problems.
Did you ever find the turn signal lens?

    Have fun,

Just shipped the last battery & head light a few days ago.

Check with Mike Simpson or Bill Green as they might have them in stock

They are legit. RdKryton ordered his battery from them, and I just ordered mine earlier today (so I haven't received mine yet).
