Hello. Awesome forum. I just decided to get a motorized bike and was doing some research when I stumbled upon this page. I'm from Denver and I just bought a custom built mountain bike with a 48cc Gen II engine with a 44T sprocket. If your from Denver/Colorado please talk to me cause I'm getting majorly conflicting stories on laws for motorized bikes.

I've had the impression that your area is friendly to motor assisted bicycles. Most of us, it seems, don't have troubles with the law. Just ride politely and you'll probably do fine.
