The carburetor is screwed.
Just turn the screw in a little, it's on the left side.

Your talking clockwise, right? Right now a storm is brewing with lots of thunder. When the storm clears I'll go out and try it. Thanks for the info.

Yes, if you tighten the idle screw, the little one that has a spring around the threads on the left side of the carb, the idle speed will increase. It is a sensitive little bugger too.
