built a kustom kruisers and jack shafted to 4 speed internal rear hub. Performed great for near 250 miles, but now it's starting to bind intermitantly. It won't allow me to pedel the bike. When I force it backwards eventually the mecanisems will free up. I keep going over it and still haven't found the cause. Could the chains have streached at differant rates? The hub works great. Once it is freed up it runs and shifts great. Could it posably be the free wheel at the crank? this too seems to be working well. Looking for the voice of experience
