I need ideas on what to put on this bike or what color should I paint it

That one tube isn't going to hold up to much abuse. I suggest adding some trusses around the engine to toughen it up. Be safe.

scooter rim, laced up to whatever hub you want.

Get a wheel with 12 gauge spokes those usually have heavy duty rims too.
