Actually, if ya look at a Weisco 2 stroke 50cc piston you'll see the notch/slot I'm talking about

See the notch in the Weisco Piston, that's so ya can take the clip out
you can easily cut a little notch/slot in your piston so you can get a pick in there to take the clip out

Yeah, I 5hink it does have one. I'll have to check when I pull it back apart and add some gasket material

I want to put one of those in my dad's John deere 300. I think it would give it a nice torque boost and better parts availability
