Those "low rider" stores and people that sell parts for custom cruisers ("sting ray" style bikes etc), will have the extended riser bars.
http://www.bicycledesigner.com/partsmain2.asp?Type=handlebars for some examples. I don't like lowrider bicycles, and "Aztlan" is a code word for violent mexican gang takeover, so I don't want to shop at "aztlanbicycles".
I do like some of the tall chrome handlebars like this on mb's, though. Shop carefully!
Some other "lowrider" parts work well on mb's, like motorcycle style forks, front chainwheels, banana seats, headlights, and wide tires.
