That was my plan as well. Not so easy, I talked to the MC inspection guy who gave me the rundown as to what is required.
First thing you have to apply to the Ministry of Transport with pictures and specs or frame, tires, wheels, motor and if they deem it worthy they will issue a VIN. Then you take it for an inspection.

The MoT is as slow as snails too, your engine would be worn out before they got 'er dun.
It took them 4 months to do the reggy on my car, not too sure why anyone would want to steal a half rusted out Triumph with more parts in boxes than on the car.

It should be as simple as adding a mirror and lights and taking a picture. It really shouldn't even need registration in my opinion. It's no different than today's e-bikes other than being louder Those things need to be assembled too and aren't inspected

The big picture here is that these woke, liberal, left wingnut, socialist, politicians are passing these asinine laws because they want E vehicles of all sorts, they are bound and determined to get rid of anything that runs on fossil fuels to further their agenda...Thats why ebikes get a pass but gasoline powered bikes do not, despite the fact of how dangerous ebikes are when their lithium ion batteries explode and burn down the house, garage, apartment complex, etc, etc.

Not only are standard bicycles (without engine) cheaper - even in Sweden....- they'll also keep you (much) fitter and the ZOG thugs are much less lilkely to hassle you.
