new engine/carb problems.

When breaking in a new engine which notch is best to put the C clip on the needle. It an NT carb?

At the moment i have it on the 3rd notch from the top. It is a 5 notch needle.

I'm not particularly knowledgable about these, so I can't give an expert opinion.

But I'd be okay with notch #3 of 5. Though you might want to try #2. Either one should give it enough lube. As long as it runs properly.

But there are other folks around here whose advice you should heed more than mine.
