NJ Insurance Question

In NJ, it is required to have a moped license and insurance for mopeds. So I was wondering for anyone in NJ, can these custom bikes be insured? I've asked around for quotes, but they require a make and model. However, most kits available are generic kits from China.

Same problem here. What part of NJ are you from? Maybe the law enforcement will just leave you alone?
