Rear Sprocket doesn’t fit

Ops I see it’s 1.5 now I’ve built three mountain bikes all had a 1” that’s what I get for assuming .Thanks for correcting me

Check to see if the sprocket is bent and check if the sprocket fits in place on the hub. If it doesn't and just lays on top akwardly, the middle hole will need to be filed/grinded to make it bigger. I had to do that with my sprockets. Also check to see that the wheel is turning straight. I thought my sprocket wasn't giving me enough clearance for the chain but it turns out my wheel wasn't turning straight because a brake shoe moved out of place inside the wheel. And check that the rim is straight too.
