I used to have a forced air Kerosine heater, never liked it. It was smelly and noisy. I have a radiant propane heater now, hardly know it's there.

I used to have a forced air Kerosine heater, never liked it. It was smelly and noisy. I have a radiant propane heater now, hardly know it's there.

Both of my units are indoor rated radiant heaters. Almost zero smell, at least no worse than propane, especially if you use the highly refined stuff at the store that costs 10 bucks a gallon.

The camp stove stinks, but I can handle a bit of stench if it means hot food.

The little China diesel heaters are nice if you make a few upgrades. They are a copy of a Webasso for a fraction of the price. There is a world of You tube on them. Very popular in the UK and Australia because of the efficient use of fuel.
