Sitting on the fence in NJ

Hello All,

I would love to buy/build a bike so that I can use it for my work commute. I am gathering information and trying to determine if the juice is worth the squeeze. I ride just two back roads to get to the job and am spending $70 a week in my truck. In the AM I am out of the house by 5:30 and traffic is light to non-existant. NJ laws are tough. I am loving the "Whizzer" look and can't stop thinking that this looks like so much fun.

For 70$ a week, your kit could pay for itself in less than a couple of months, no matter what kit that you get. And as far as NJ laws, http://motoredbikes.com/showthread.php?t=10579&highlight=Jersey
And since you need less than 50cc, all of the happy-time motors are unmarked, so you could probably get away with an 80cc(really 69cc) kit.
