Sprockets sprocket size!???

hey i just got a staton robin suburu 33.5 cc, 1.60 hp engine, i'm wondering what sprocket size i should get? what are the advantages and disadvnates of having less teeth or more teeth? i want a good low end power meaning i want torque from the start but still want a fairly decent top speed of a least 20-30 mph? what is the best sproket size? how about the Sprocket 1/2 x 1/8 # of teeth 14? give me info thanks
