I grew up with Big Time Wrestling, Dick The Bruiser, The Shiek, Andre the Giant, foreign objects etc. Great Saturday afternoon entertainment for a 10 year old.

I got ya beat, I remember this guy wrestling on TV, waaay before they decided to turn it into a soap opera performance...lol.

Early 90's for me, so it was still goofy but starting to get into the phase it was taking itself too seriously. Kane, Undertaker, Big Show Bret Heart, Hogan- them guys.
I just loved the over zealousness of some of the characters, like Randy Savage "Ooooooo yeeeeah!!"

But even as a kid I knew it was an act.

However one of my family friends thought it was real and was absolutely destroyed at the ripe young age of 38 when he learned it's an act.

What is hilarious is he's a bright man otherwise!
