Engine Trouble The sound of 4 stroking?

The police report is not in my favor. I just read it and the driver or witness said the bike was under power. Also it's saying I did not yield the right of way. It would of have to been a witness cause I heard the firefighter ask if the motor was running and the driver said "I'm not sure" and the passenger said "I don't think so". It'll be a battle in court but maybe they will be willing to settle out of court and I at least get something.

I know one thing for sure, if I am able to sue and get a fair amount of money I'm buying a customized motor bike from one of you guys if your willing?? That's way down the line but hey I have to think about something while I'm laying here with my broken leg. Might as well mentally window shop.
