Looks like a circlip let go or a ring broke it sure looks like that motor has been through hell and back

What does the wrist pin bearing look like? Have you had the top end off before? I have to agree looks like a wrist pin cir-clip came out. Was the cir-clip in place when you took it apart?

It went missing. The wrist pin got shaved off.

    Is it repairable?

No you have to buy new top end
Cylinder is scored and piston is shot so nothing is even useable

with that kind of mess, I'd buy a new motor - looks like a LOT of debris got inside to trash bearings in bottom end - no sense putting a top end on just to have crank big-end bearing fail

I would defiantly take it all apart and clean it out and check the bearings replace the seals.

Where can you get a new motor for #$70? Does it include shipping?

All the 70cc I have seen on eBay with shipping are close to what you can buy a whole kit for.
    Thanks

It's better just to buy a complete kit since all the extra parts are well worth another 30-40$
