Will we ever get a FL Law topic that won't be closed?

It seems that every time we get close to an answer, or have a healthy (non complaintative (is that a word?)) discussion, the thread gets closed.

I, for one, have enjoyed the discussions and I felt they were actually getting somewhere WITHOUT people arguing, but being rational with the discussion.

Can anyone get a definitive answer(s) to MaB usage in Florida?
