My bike has a big ol' sticker running right past where my exhaust pipe sits. It was actually touching the bike but I bent it today with a map torch but was only able to bend it enough to gain about 3mm of clearance. I will try again tomorrow with an acetylene torch. Meanwhile, how much room will I need in order to keep my sticker from melting or discoloring? I'm sure different builds run differing temperatures, but some ballpark figures will be helpful. Thanks.
