212cc build thread 2.0 (🤣🤣)

Bought this bike as a 79cc and this is what it looked like when I picked it up. Photos of current process in next post.

It’s got a long moped seat, Suzuki k10 forks, a cheap plastic 7” headlight with integrated turn signals, and a tail/brake light with integrated turn signals. No lights are currently wired up. It’s also going to get a transparent plastic gas tank and it will have a 212 with a torque converter, degoverned, with a 10t to 48t chain drive from the torque converter jack shaft. It’s also going to have a rear moped hub laced into a 26” bicycle rim.

At what 2 engine rpms are you going to try that make the CVT go up or down? When I had the LandRider it'd shift up around 7500 rpm and shift down at 5500 rpm.

I ordered some e-bike brake levers with brake light switches and installed them today. I also have motorcycle handlebar controls I’m going to install later tonight.

Handlebars are all set up now. None of the controls are wired yet, but everything is installed. These are generic controls I got off Amazon and e-bike brake levers with brake light switches. On the left handlebar is a Norxi mini 4in1 inductive tach, head temp sensor, clock and battery voltage meter. In the center is a CycPlus GPS bicycle computer, and on the right is just the right hand controls, throttle, brake lever and mirror.

Mine is pretty bad right now. Ive been going through stuff so it looks like a tornado went through there. Im also trying to work on stuff in the middle of everything so its just gotten worse .
