If it idles fine when it's cold, it is too rich.
These look very much like the HP carb, I think it is under a different name. No adjustments other than the 5 mm main jet from what I can see. I had a hard time with my HP, couldn't get it right at all RPM, good low bad high or vice versa.
I since removed the HP and back to the BoFeng.
Just back from Amazon there are quiet a few different clone types of this carb, I didn't realize how many.
