Can I please get some help with my hybike electrical bicycle

I just bought a hybike electrical bicycle about two months ago and Ive been having difficulties with it ever since I replaced the inner tube on the rear wheel tire. It powers on, and the lights work. But for some reason the back wheel won't seem to spin when I turn the throttle. I have checked the wiring and everything seems to be ok. When I turn the bike on and try to turn the back tire on my own it spins for like half a second then locks up? Can anyone help me figure what is wrong with my hybike electrical bicycle. Please and thank you

What about asking the company you bought it from......I've heard baaaaaad things about them
