Carby Carby wont fit on frame, is using an offset manifold the best idea?

That's a Bike Berry engine isn't it? If so that particular manifold won't work. The BBR/ Bike Berry/ BT engines have a larger intake than 17mm. That intake would be restrictive

Ok, would this move the engine like forward in the frame or something or is it to put it on an angle?

I was thinking sticking it on the rear mount would move it forward to get the carby away from the frame

You could use something like this, and use something to space between it and your block. Just the stamped steel part, not the U bolt.

You can get the exhaust clamps at an auto parts store too. Measure the size of the tube before you buy something though.
