Clutch Fng - Stinger 66cc clutch problem

Hello I'm the new guy. I have a beach cruiser with a stinger 66 cc with a clutch problem when I opend the clutch the screw to the drive shaft gear was sticking out now the three prong will not move freely and clutch will not disengage anybody?
