Tubes HELP..second rear wheel blow out less than week

I've had three flats in as many months, two on the glass-infested bikepath.

When I installed new thorn-resistant tubes I also installed used tire casings INSIDE the outside tire casings. I've also avoided the bikepaths.

Time will tell if the double-walled tires will work.

Be carefull of over inflated tires. I broke my shoulder a couple months ago because I had over inflated my Mt. Bike tires. I went to go up on a sidewalk from the road via a cement driveway. There was a small ridge maybe an inch high along the front of the driveway. My front tire being so hard slid along the ridge instead of collapsing a little and going up it. I hit the deck and broke my shoulder. Still hurts.
