Where the top tube meets the head tube there is a metal stop that prevents the front wheel from spining all the way around. Someone has destroyed the one on my frame and I could sure us a picture of this to fabricate a new one. Any help will greatly be appreciated.
 
Heres the pictures. It wasn't a huge deal to put the forks on. It was already disassembled so all i had to do was slide it back in and take a few pictures

If anyone has something different I'd like to see it. I'm assuming this is "factory" and the same on all models. Boy, mine is really screwed up! someone put a bolt through the black area and welded on a strap of metal going all the way up to the head tube for the stop. I'll need to redesign this whole thing on my bike. Thanks for that idea D.T. and for the pic G.W.
