I just got a ported billet intake from pirate cycles. It SEEMS like the hex screws may be too long
and bottom out before the intake is flush and tight to the engine. Should I get shorter screws or just keep turning?
Anyone?
Thanks

Mine fit fine on my 66cc bgf? Of corse I only used it three times as the clutch sucks and I cant get the motor to start anymore lol.

Do NOT force the screws. They should go into the cylinder at least 3/8". If they do not go in that far then there is most likely debris in the threads inside the cylinder that needs to be cleaned out, or the threads on the screw need to be cleaned up/ may be folded a little.
