It still wont run !!!

I put in a new piston and top end on my bike--also changed the condenser--put in new jug also --it will start on the flats or downhill but wont stay running as soon as there is anything to climb it says to me if i have to pull your fat upmh up the hill ill quit!! new plug and getting fuel maybe the gasket goo which i left harden on the carb and also on the bottom end is sucking air--I need moral support !!

Mt 2 pennys worth.
My first thought is starving for fuel when going uphill. The float angle shuts off fuel supply because of the Hills angle. Use my diagram for "starving for fuel". Remember slightly! Take another deep breath. graucho

I fabricated a custom intake manifold, installed a chainsaw carb. The bike will run upside down!!

gasket goo is sucking air? i take it you mean the crankcase gasket? or just cylinder?

good cleaning of the carby? n hows its gasket?

and if you DID split it in half....crank seals ?

even if you didnt....crankseals?
