flip both the jug and the piston, port match the case, and fabricate a new exhaust system. you'll likely need to extend the intake as well. flipped jug motors are screamers, so port and gear for high rpms.
while you've got the thing apart it's a good idea to replace the top end bearing with a higher quality bearing or a brass bushing.
my last motor had a flipped jug and it did 53 mph
