They are great for normal street riding, no need to ride it hard on the streets...lol.

These manufacturers do not care about safety, every tensioner I tried doesn't come with spacers so the bearings don't crush, they come with oversized ID bearings so they can walk around, and one of them just glued a single bearing in place, so if it failed, it would fall off and drop your chain allowing it to tangle and jam up.

For someone handy and mechanically inclined, we'd spot a problem before it became dangerous, but average Joe or Joe Jr. may run something as is and get hurt.

Funny thing is, even Bike Berry essentially said mag wheels are a bad idea with 3 spokes being the best option... yet they still sell the ticking time-bombs.
