So I have an opprotunity to purchase an original whizzer, I'm really interested in it, but I want to know if theres anything I should know before purchasing, I have a 99 WC-1 so I sort of familier withe engine style, if I need parts are they easily available since Paul's passing (RIP), he was the only one I knew of that had parts besides ebay but thats always a gamble. Any advice is very much apperciated

Did you ever share with us the bike (WC1) after you put Mason Man's new cylinder on it? Did it work out ok? Runs well?

It was actually running well for a while but I screwed something up, I was trying to turn the idle up on the carb and I left it running to grab something inside, it shut off and wont idle since, Idk if it has something to do with the other screwon the carb I can't turn it since the bolts that mount to the engine are blocking it, and I think the head gasket is blown

Bike will overheat if left sitting at Idle for more than 10 minutes
Actually ya shouldn't leave the bike running at Idle for any longer than it takes a stop light to change,

If working on the bike and ya wanna run the bike at idle for more than 3 minutes, put a floor fan in front of the bike
It wasn't idling for long before it shut off, certainly wasn't 10 minutes, before I stored it for winter it I did fire it up and it started pretty easily however it didn't wanna idle and didn't have much power

While everyones here, im interested in buying a 300 seriess 1950 Whizzer, these are pictures of it, I'm really interested in it, the seller is saying it's in good condition and it is running, but im hesitant because it just seems to good to be true? What do you guys think

Engine serial# starts with a 3 so yeah it's got a 300s engine
But it's not a factory production Whizzer

How much are they asking for that bike ?
