Carby Took carburetor off of manifold...no fuel?

Hello, my bike has never been able to stay on before, as I'm still trying to break in. The engine isn't getting any gas, because there's a problem in the carburetor. The bikeberry guy said it could be the float...how do I fix it?

Can anyone give me a tutorial video on how to check the float? Thanks.

Should be able to just take a hammer and tap the bowl of the carb (very bottom of the carb that looks like a miniature bowl)

first check that you have fuel flow by taking out drain screw on left side of bowl and turning gas on to see if it runs out well

if so, check for air leaks where carb goes onto intake, and/or read about adjust float level
