I installed the SBP expansion chamber today and am thrilled with the throttle response and gain in power. The only problem is at peak power/wot towards the top of the powerband it begins to bog. Not at WOT but the combination of WOT and coming close to the peak of the powerband. Any suggestions on jetting?

its a two stroke. thats what they do when they hit band. go mental. and those pipes arent giving you a REAL band... wait til you feel four horsies at 5grand and its only just starting to hit the band :D

but, regards carb... start messing with jets. sounds like you need bigger. ebay, microdrills, $30 a set, go get em tiger!

and um... the carbs POS ;)

try to open your spark plug gap a little just bend it up and it can fix the problem

You have to regap spark plugs boss.
They have thousands of explosions a second go off next to them.
    They move a little.

Why are you telling me this? This thread was 4 years dead and someone bumped it obviously not checking the date.

    Did you bump your head?
