Does anyone know if Zoom Bicycles in Vancouver BC are still in business? I have attempted to contact them several times via email and get no reply.

Looks like they are still in business, their website is still online. The review thread over here has a review from last year https://motoredbikes.com/threads/zoom-bicycles-reviews.24648/

Maybe try giving them a call, their number is listed on the Zoom Bicycles website.
