Had to cut the flange off the muffler and re-weld it to get a fit but it finally bolted up with a tiny bit of clearance on the frame.
Standard auto parts store 2" muffler strap attached to the bottom of the kick stand worked well to secure the bottom of the muffler.
Made longer CDI mounts for wide tube.
Front motor mount was a trick due to clearance issues with the top of the motor and carb. This was the end result. We will see how it holds up. All mo

Carbon fibre wrapped the exhaust. Maybe it'll keep the heat down.
Added a little color to the motor to match the bike.
