All you gotta do is find an old flywheel+mag. I scavenged mine from my old 142f made in 2011. Gotta swap both as the older flywheel is timed 20° off and the mag compensates. Brings rpm up from 6870 to 8300. Bye bye connecting rod, was nice knowing you .

Does anyone know the true max rpm for the older flywheel and mag? Math isn't adding up...8300 rpm at a 22:1 reduction on a 26" wheel should be 29mph, but I'm seeing 32mph which would occur around 9000 rpm. I might need stiffer springs, although I haven't had any valves floating. Going back down in reduction to 20:1 for 35mph or 18.33:1 for 38mph. Getting my pedal chain reattached finally and adding a derailleur so I can have 5 speeds to help the engine up hills and accelerate quicker.
