My first real question is despite the tweaks I have done to it still not sure if these engines are any good.

Most importantly my second question is what type of geometry is this engine and what type of parts am I going to be looking at on terms of compatibility for high horsepower output claims that it's rated for six horsepower maximum at 6,000 RPM, realistically I would like to run that up into the double digits compared to a phantom 85 how much horsepower do those things make and would it be difficult to exceed that number?

They also call it a "110cc" engine, but a Chinese "110" will have a 52mm bore and 40mm stroke, making it actually 85cc in the rest of the world. This is closer to a "100" in size, aka 50mm bore.
Actually I'd say about half an inch which would put it at 99 cc really which would explain the 60 compression ratio because it's probably got a stock bottom end like you said

It can't be a 49mm bore if the stud spacing is 45mm, think about it. If it's 49mm it's getting pretty close to those studs.
I had asked a seller who was selling the exact same motor that I have as Sam got 100 cc and he said that that was bolt spacing and the bolt spacing is a new concept because I never really needed to use it the determine what type of engine I had

I never use stud spacing either. I've made an assumption once and had to cancel an order, now I measure everything to be sure. Nothing in these 2t is what they say, like when is 66cc 80cc.
