And if they will have a go at developing a workable EFI system for the Chinese bicycle engine, i'll be putting up some more cash to get that development work started.

It's simple:

I want a - CDI capable of running dual spark plugs
I want a - Cylinder head capable of taking dual spark plugs.
I want a - Completely new and redesigned magneto system.
I want a - Starter & high output Generator combo.
I want a - A compact electronic fuel injection system that works on the Chinese bicycle engine

I want to make it happen - now

Most likely, such strict environment requirements will either eliminate the small engine market or drive up costs substantially. Regulations do not magically force price down, clean-ness up, and improve competition.
