Hey all so iv been lurking here for years, I was all about them 2 strokes till of recently as I finally procured a hs49 🥳. So far so good (I think) but ill post my issues I think I have in the proper places, shout out to @darwin and @CrazyDan yals info has been invaluable to say the least!

Hs 49
Grubee 4g 1b with 100t
44t rear
Hyper beach cruiser (steel frame)
Husky double wall 12g
Cst rock hawks 26"
Large springer (bicycle designer i believe been a bit)
And a staton clutch otw 😌

Heck ya! Now thats a very well thought out build 😀 🤙.
Heres a few more pics to show it off to you then...lol...Take note of my homemade front motor mount as well as how I adapted disk brakes to the Hyper which as you know is not disk brake compatable...lol...Had to fabricate the rear disk brake adapter and used an aircraft "Adel" clamp for the front adapter...The fabricated front mount as well as the rear caliper to frame adapter were both made from a bar of 7075 T-6 military aircraft aluminum I was able to obtain from my local neighbourhood missile testing center...lol...There is also no tensioner either...lol.

That memory foam wide as my butt seat as well as my tire inflation of 38 PSI rather than their recommended 40 to 60 PSI makes all the difference in the world as regards ridability on this bike...These Hyper's are really comfortable...lol.

Ps...With the same setup, Its is even more comfortable then my old Cranbrook was as well.
