Maybe it was a little incline but at full throttle it definitely does not want to go. I can tell you the engine was really screaming when going 60
With the 2 strokes one should pull in the clutch and and throttle back some when going down long grades and/or steep hills. Over revving an engine going down hill is a good way to blow an engine. These engine shouldn't be used for down hill braking either.

That is so correct, CG engines don't have enough compression to be able to brake anyway.
