Hey there people of the internet I have a question to ask. I am ready to build a motorized bike but my problem is that I have to earn some money so I can build one. Due to the fact I have no support from parents (i'm 16). I thought it would be great if I make a business out of it and just built and sell bikes so I can earn myself enough money to build my own for myself. As I estimated I would be asking for 995 dollars per bike because I am going to sell it with a 4 stroke engine, a boost bottle, and wheels dedicated for motorized bikes. What I can also offer is to build a bike upon your preference and request and give you an estimation of how much it would cost to build and how much time it would take to build.
Well, after a few years of motorized bike experience and building countless kits, I've always had a problem with the crappy gaskets they come with, they would always either rip on me whenever I needed to remove the cylinder or intake or they were soo thin that it wouldn't seal properly even when cranking down on the bolts as hard as possible. Sooo, I decided to make my own! There cut on my CNC cutter and quality checked by yours truly, I use the best material's that I can find (fel-pro) The rubberized cork gasket and the Karropak withstands the bend test with flying colors! I'm currently offering these gaskets for the intake as well as the base gasket. You get 2 Karropak base gaskets and rubberized cork base gasket as well as 2...

Hi Guys, I have enjoyed reading all of the posts here and lurking for many months, I finally decided to pull the trigger on some GEBE kits and use the little Tanaka 33's. Here is what I lucked up on yesterday! Unbelievable deal! My two are on the way with UPS tracking numbers from Tennessee! I bought two of them yesterday, Tanaka 33cc engines for $99.00 each shipped! I followed up with the Essex group and confirmed the deal! They got over 100 of them in an "Overstock" deal and are liquidating them. Here is the Amazon Link to the little motors that regularly go for over $300 ! Enjoy! http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B001PB3Y9C
i've seen something commercially available, and i know someone here will reply with info... after finally seeing what i actually look like on the bike, i don't see any way to be satisfied as finished. i need to stretch the back of the bike out at least a foot. i sure could make use of a bolt-on-able rear-stay/dropout extension. (actual re-touched photo, hehe) bucks are an issue, but if there's a chance of a trade, i have a really nice P4-2.6GHz / Asus P4G8X / 64M GeForce combo that needs a good home. that's cpu, board, & video only.
I know that there are many out there that can make these on their own. This is for those that can't for what ever the reason. This is a bolt on mod. This roller bracket will enable the rider to disengage the clutch with minimal effort. Once installed, the clutch can be disengaged with one (1) finger, the pinkie at that. On my bike I can disengage the clutch using 6# test mono fishing line. These come with a 100% satisfaction guarentee...all you have to say is I want my money back...PERIOD..that is how good these are. These are hand made by me. I use 3/4" angle iron, steel ball bearing roller, and grade 8.8 mounting hardware. Painted to either Silver, or Black. The only part that is not included in this mod is the cable case...
I have some new Subaru EH035 engines for sale. These engines were still packed in their sealed carton from Subaru which I personally opened. They came from a company that had gone out of business. I only wanted a few engines for myself, but I ended up purchasing the entire lot. These engines do not come with fuel tanks. The original intended application for them was for a product that used a separately mounted tank. The engines come with an owner's manual and plug wrench as shown. You can find additional information on the Subaru EH035 engine at the Subaru website: http://www.subarupower.com/pfeatures.aspx?pid=49 I am offering these engines for $145 each. Shipping via FedEx Ground (about the cheapest and fairly...
After gathering info here and poking around the internet and biding on (and losing) a few small motorcycle tanks on eBay, I found a great tank for my bike. (These are not my tanks and I am not getting anything out if promoting them. I am just passing along the info.) Check out Pagsta gas tanks on eBay- http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/PAGSTA-MINI-CHOPPER-MOTORCYCLE-CUSTOM-GAS-FUEL-TANK_W0QQcmdZViewItemQQhashZitem518bf0f5b1QQitemZ350240175537QQptZMotorcyclesQ5fPartsQ5fAccessories They are metal tanks and have a nice decal and good paint on them. After researching Mini Chopper on the Pagsta website I believe these are 6 liters tanks or 1.58 gallons. The tank is a steal at $25 but the catch is that they don't come with a fuel cap...
While I had the cover off my 48cc grubee roundhead clutch linkage, I looked closely at the little Yuan Dong metal plate that said the motor is a 48cc/2hp engine. I figured the plate might hopefully save me from excessive harrasment someday. Unfortuately the important info is only painted on. I decided to make a more durable, official looking tag as replacement. I have an embossing press which makes tags used on foundry patterns. The raised letter are pressed into an aluminium strip. The one I made for my motor is 1/2 inch wide by three inches long. The ends are curved and punched with a hole where the plate can be riveted on. Double stick andhesive such as car emblems are mounted with or epoxy could also be used. If it is okay with...
FREE SOLEX ENGINES. I have 4 solex engines built in China as described in the BGF Hongdu/Solex thread below. I am cleaning out my shop and would like to give them away. http://motorbicycling.com/showthread.php?t=27150 I purchased these engines new from a vendor in Canada. I mounted them on two different bikes as shown in the pictures attached. I have had a lot of fun with these engines adapting them to my bikes. They are very quiet and smooth. However, I have found the engines to be quite unreliable and require a lot of tinkering to keep them running well. I never did follow all of the modification suggested in the thread so that is probably the reason. This was my first experience with motor bicycling and was hooked after my...

this is a nice 36cc motorized mountain bike . its a differant design than you are used to seeing , i designed this system myself it uses a one piece aluminum motor mount that drives the front sprocket of the bike alowing you to shift gears in the back , ive built a number of these bikes and they are very dependable , no clutch all automatic shifting , easy stopping and going , this would be a great lady's bike , i used a brand new 36cc scooter motor with electric start . E start is not hooked up yet, still making sure i have the wiring correct for the brand new 12 volt 7.5 amp battery . thiis motorized mountain bike has nice rubber twist grip throttle kill switch , click shifters and button for electric start . here is a link to the...
