4 stroke timing

Heres pics of the timing chain when set and after 1 rotation if it helps

Does it line up again after 4 rotations, Probably does since it's a 4 stroke engine

Timing mark should always line up when the piston is at TDC on the compression stroke

How does that gear on the crankshaft lock in place and could it have moved at all?
