Spark, Compression, Fuel

Adjust the choke? Closed to start and open when running

first thing to do is make sure it is attached to a bike. They are real hard to turn over still in the box. Is the engine on a bike?

More information required. I get this a lot when providing tech support over the phone. They say 'it's not working' or 'it won't let me', and I have no idea what the client is seeing on their end :~\

Thats what i was getting at. I was just trying to be funny about it. Lol. My next question to him would be, have you tried resetting it or unplugging and plugging it back in? Lol jk.
